Lightweight, shock-absorbing, innovative: nora® Lunatec combi Pro97

nora® Lunatec combi Pro97 is a modern, vulcanised outsole material with two layers. The innovative nora® composite sheets for foot beddings and inserts have been setting standards for some years now for efficient work flows in orthopaedic shoe engineering. Two different materials are non-detachably joined during the manufacturing process and offer secure strength, without any bonding.  

This innovative development is now also available in a high-quality outsole material. The vulcanised outsole material nora® Lunatec combi Pro97 consists of a very abrasion-resistant and lightweight sole (approx. 45 Shore A) and a shock-absorbing cushioning layer (approx. 35 Shore A). The proven material Lunasoft with the profile 97 pastille forms the basis of the treadsole of nora® Lunatec combi Pro97. The non-directional pastille profile of nora® is the classic among the lightweight and resilient soling materials for repairs and original outfit.  

nora® Lunatec combi Pro97 is excellently suited for footbed sandals, comfortable shoes, and slippers. Without having to apply an additional cushioning layer, this material is ideal for processing as lightweight continuous sole material. It is also excellently suited for buffer heels. The cushioning sole and treadsole can be bonded in one single step. 

nora® Lunatec combi Pro97 also offers quiet and dampened walking on hard floors. With an overall thickness of 10mm, the vulcanised cushioning layer guarantees a very light weight. It has a cushioning and shock-absorbing effect and protects the joints.
